What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie, bodysuits, and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Items marked "No returns" on their product page are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We are unable to offer exchanges on intimate apparel. We strongly recommend consulting our Sizing Guide before placing your order. If you have specific questions about fit, please reach out before purchasing and we will do our best to advise.
How do I care for my Puppy Cream pieces?
Most of our pieces are best hand washed in cool water with a gentle detergent. Avoid wringing or tumble drying. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. For items with satin or lace detailing, we recommend washing in a mesh laundry bag if using a machine, on a delicate cycle at 30°C or lower.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days on standard post. Express post delivers in 1–3 business days. Will my package be discreet?
Yes. All Puppy Cream orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand names or product descriptions visible on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please see our Shipping Info page for full details. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at our contact page, including your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at our contact page if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Do your products run true to size?
Most of our pieces are designed with generous stretch and fit a range of sizes. We recommend checking the size notes on each individual product page and consulting our Sizing Guide. When in doubt, size up — stretch fabrics can accommodate, but cannot expand beyond their natural range.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
